1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can cancel it within 7 days (168 hours) of your payment and receive a full refund of that payment. This includes the one-time setup fee. You don't need to give a reason.
2. How to request a refund
- Log in and open your account.
- In the "Your plan" section, click Cancel & refund.
- Confirm. The refund is sent straight away and you'll receive a confirmation email.
The button is shown while your latest payment is still within the 7-day window. If you can't see it or something goes wrong, contact us within the same 7 days and we will process the refund manually.
3. What happens to your plan
- The plan is cancelled immediately.
- All of your permanent addresses and the emails in them are permanently deleted. Only your empty Mailfornet account remains, and you can subscribe again at any time.
- Please save any emails you need before requesting a refund. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- If you subscribe to the same plan again later, the setup fee applies again.
4. When refunds are not available
- More than 7 days have passed since the payment.
- Your account has already received a refund before. The guarantee can be used once per account.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example spam, fraud or abuse.
- Earlier payments: only your most recent payment can be refunded.
After the 7 days you can still cancel at any time, but without a refund. Cancelling ends the plan immediately and permanently deletes all addresses and saved emails. If you'd rather keep using the time you paid for, simply don't renew: the plan stays active until its end date.
5. How long refunds take
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. A refund to a PayPal balance usually appears within minutes. Refunds to a debit or credit card can take 5–10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We answer billing questions quickly, and a refund through us is faster than a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended while it is resolved.
