Temp Mail for Temu: Sign Up Without the Coupon Flood
Temu builds its whole experience around urgency, and email is a large part of it: expiring coupons, referral bonuses, price drop alerts and reminders about items still in your cart. Signing up with your usual address means all of that lands beside your real mail.
A throwaway inbox receives the verification code and the welcome discount without any of the follow-up reaching you. As with any shop, if you place a real order, use an address you keep, because delivery updates and refund threads all run through it.
What Temu actually sends you
The coupon flood starts immediately
Temu's model is built on urgency, and the email reflects it: countdown offers, spin-to-win reminders, referral prompts and "your coupon expires tonight" messages begin within minutes of registering.
Referral mechanics multiply it
Temu encourages sharing links for credits, which means invitation and reward mail on top of the marketing. A separate inbox keeps all of it in one place you can abandon.
Orders and refunds still run on email
Shipping updates, delivery problems and refund confirmations go to the account address, and Temu's refund process is entirely written.

Temu and temporary email: common questions
Can I keep claiming new-user offers with new addresses?
No — and it is worth being clear about it. Temu links accounts by device, address and payment method as well as email, and accounts created to farm offers get restricted. A disposable address is for keeping spam out, not for gaming promotions.
How do I stop Temu emails?
Unsubscribe from the email footer and turn off marketing in the app settings. Both are needed; app notifications are configured separately.
Is temp mail enough to browse Temu?
Yes. Registering with a disposable address lets you see the account-only prices without putting your main inbox on the list.
