Does Claude require a phone number?
Sometimes. A phone check is requested on some sign-ups and an email address, disposable or not, does not affect it.
Does a disposable address keep my conversations private?
No. It keeps your email off a mailing list. What you send is handled the same way regardless, so keep confidential material out of any tool you are only testing.
